The breakfast bag each morning was a nice touch and convenient for grabbing on the go. The location of the hotel was great, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from.
The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The floors, bathroom, doors, and surfaces were all grimy, making me feel uncomfortable.

This place is situated in a beautiful neighbourhood and only a short walk away from the metro station. The terrace and garden furniture provide a perfect area to relax in the sun. The room was equipped with amenities such as tea and coffee facilities as well as an in-room safe. The staff was pleasant, especially Shima, who provided valuable tips and upgraded our room to a double executive.
Some of the staff lacked manners and desire to work. However, this hotel is recommended to anyone looking for good value for money and a variety of facilities such as free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and express check-in/out.

I had a good stay at New Linden. The room was cozy and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was a highlight, with fresh croissants, rolls, meats, cheese, fruits. The location of the hotel was perfect - a quiet street but just a short stroll away from a high street with plenty of restaurants, shops, and bars. I would highly recommend New Linden for a short city break.

Family room was suitable, with separate lounge, double bedroom, and stylish furnishings. Good-sized bathroom. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Convenient location, walking distance to tube, Palace, and museums. Continental breakfast adequate.

The staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially the gentleman covering the weekends. Good wifi. Great location for tube access, restaurants, and Kensington Gardens/Hyde Park.
